Ingredients:
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon instant yeast
    • 1/4 tablespoon of baking powder
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/2 cup of water
    • 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation:
  1. Place the flour in a deep dish with the baking powder, yeast and sugar; and stir well.
  2. Mix the milk, oil and water together and add them to the previous mixture.
  3. Mix well until blended paste is formed.
  4. Cover the mixture and let it ferment for one hour.
  5. In a large skillet let the oil boil and knead the dough by hand or by a dedicated machine, put dough in the oil on low heat.
  6. Keep moving dough until it becomes golden.
  7. Add a spoonful of honey as desired.
